Coastal Cures was born out of a love for sunny, salty, golden beach days and a need for skincare that restores, protects, and heals without harmful effects.

Our goal is simple: to create effective, all-natural skincare made for life by the coast.

Where it Started

This little business of mine started in my parents’ kitchen in the fall of 2022. After reading about tallow online, I decided I wanted to try it as skincare for myself. To my surprise, it worked and it worked well. The first batch was made from store -bought rendered tallow and lavender essential oil. I loved it so much that I made it for Christmas gifts that December. It was a family hit! I loved hearing how everyone was using it, some as body lotion, some for ingrown hairs, some as skincare. It worked for everything! I started up an Etsy shop the following fall which then blossomed into my own webiste. Over time I have worked to perfect each recipe to curate the perfect set of products that I use for both getaways and day-to-day life! I hope you enjoy these products as much as I love creating them.
